Sarah's experience includes senior level roles in HR, marketing, and operations in both global and start up entities. Before founding Spark HR Solutions, she served on the leadership team at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where she partnered closely with executives to align talent development strategies to business objectives. Sarah provided coaching for executive teams throughout several signiﬁcant organizational restructures and cultural transformations.
